These Workflow Terms govern your use of DataDack's workflow automation platform ("Workflows").
1. Description of Service
DataDack Workflows allows you to design, deploy, and manage automated processes, often integrating with third-party tools like n8n, GitHub, and various AI models.
2. Shared Responsibility Model
- DataDack's Responsibility: Ensuring the availability and security of the workflow execution environment and orchestration layer.
- Your Responsibility: The design of individual workflows, the security of any credentials (API keys, OAuth tokens) you provide, and the legality of the automated actions performed by your workflows.
3. Third-Party Integrations
Workflows may interact with third-party platforms (e.g., n8n community nodes, external APIs). You are responsible for complying with the terms of those third-party platforms. DataDack is not responsible for any malfunctions or data loss caused by third-party integrations.
4. Automation Safety
You agree not to create workflows that:
- Perform unauthorized scraping or data extraction.
- Launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or automated broad-scale exploitation.
- Circumvent the security measures of any third-party service.
- Transmit or process data in violation of privacy laws or contractual obligations.
5. Resource Usage and Limits
We may impose limits on the number of workflow executions, execution time, and storage. Exceeding these limits may result in additional fees or suspension of specific workflows.
6. Liability for Automated Actions
DATA DACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY YOUR AUTOMATED WORKFLOWS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA DELETION, UNAUTHORIZED COMMUNICATIONS, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM WORKFLOW LOGIC.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to disable or delete any workflow that violates our terms or poses a security risk to the Platform.
